• The Oceanus Quick release clip provide kiters the option at any given time, to quickly separate themselves from their board.

• New quick release side buckle/clip is an easy one-handed squeeze & disconnect clip.
• The Oceanus Quick Release REELs offer the convenience of quickly removing unit for ease of rinse & drain maintenance.
• New quick release side buckle/clips have a 300-pound break strength. This is the lowest break strength in the entire REEL chain, from the clip down to the axle on a new unit. The REEL should "break away" and stay with the board, not the rider, on a huge pull.

In place of the standard shock cord is a 30-inch rope extension. This rope extension is doubled over and stitched to toughen it up and better repel water.

Reinforced in all the right places, this new version comes with stainless steel gate and plastic backing to prevent any breakages. A truly heavy-duty piece of kit!

The Reel Leash® has a lightweight plastic housing which contains a stainless steel spring and spool of webbing with a stainless steel snap hook.

Safer than traditional tubular leashes, because when separated from the board, the board will safely fall away from the kiter. This releases the webbing out up to 10', with enough torque from the spring system to control/eliminate slack - and the board sling shooting back toward the kiter.

Leash webbing stays coiled away in the housing and out of the way. Reel Leash® won't drag in the water, wrap around the kiter or board, or get caught between toes or under the feet while moving around on the board.

Now comes complete with new Quick Release Clip for easy clip-on / clip-off to your harness, webbing board attachment to your fins, and Rope Extension.
